Please write to us at email@example.com or whatsapp us at +603-8408 1957 should you want to cancel your order. Order cancellation must be done within 2 hours after order is placed.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For cancellation order, You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.
For return order, once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment.
Shipping will begin in 1 to 3 business days.
You shall expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after shipping day. However due to many variables you shall allow for your order/s to arrive within 28 business days.
