Shipping and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.
Shipping will begin the next 1 to 3 business days.
You shall expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia.
For East Malaysia, delivery shall be within 5-7 business days. However due to Covid-19 pandemic, please expect delivery delayed to 2-3 weeks. This is unavoidable due to many delivery services limiting their flight services to East Malaysia.

Peninsular Malaysia : RM 8.00 flat per order
East Malaysia : RM 13.00 flat per order
